Tom Marren
Partner - Head of Our Property Department
Tom qualified as a solicitor in 1978 and has been a partner in our firm for over 30 years. He has a strong background in property and development work, commercial litigation and arbitration. Tom specialised for many years in commercial property development but now specialises in commercial litigation with a particular emphasis on property disputes and guarantee claims. He has a keen interest in and knowledge of arbitration law with a particular emphasis on the law relating to the compulsory purchase and acquisition of land. He has recently acted in a number of property arbitrations before the State property arbitrator.
