Experience
- Joined the property department of Reddy Charlton in 2005
- Became a Senior Associate in 2007
- Became Partner of Reddy Charlton in 2012
- Deals with a range of property issues to include sales and purchases of commercial properties, commercial leases for both Landlords and Tenants in the retail, office, hospitality and manufacturing sector
- Extensive experience in residential sales and purchases and residential development schemes
- All areas of sports law including acquisition and disposal of property by sports clubs, advice to trustees of sports organisations and dealing with disciplinary issues for sports organisations
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory and disciplinary law having acted for a number of professionals before their regulatory bodies
- Acts for a number of lending institutions in the provision of advices regarding letters of sanction, drafting of facility letters, review and perfection of security and enforcement proceedings to realise security
