Peter Kearney

Peter Kearney graduated from University College Cork in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in English and Philosophy. Peter also holds a Masters Degree in Marketing from Dublin Institute of Technology and a research Masters in Privacy Law from Trinity College Dublin.
Peter joined the firm in 2007 and is a member of our property department, dealing with all aspects of commercial property law, including commercial litigation and conveyancing. Peter has developed a particular expertise in the resolution of property disputes by way of arbitration. He has also acted in a number of property arbitrations relating to compulsory acquisitions of commercial and residential property.
