Maeve holds a Diploma in Legal Studies and has over 12 years experience of company secretarial practice and of the requirements of the Companies Registration Office. Maeve was appointed Company Secretarial Manager in 2000 working as part of the firm’s Commercial Law Department.
Maeve advises and supports a range of companies, from start-ups to quoted companies, in all areas of company secretarial practice. Her efficiency and persistence in making sure that her clients stay on the right side of corporate compliance is renowned. She has also considerable experience of group re-structures including share for share swaps, share for undertaking swaps and transfers between associated companies to avail of stamp duty relief.
Maeve has acted as liquidator in a number of Members’ Voluntary Liquidations.
