Elaine McGrath

Elaine holds a Degree in Law & European Studies from University of Limerick and a Postgraduate Diploma in Business & IT from Dublin Business School. A proficient French speaker, she holds a Diploma in Legal French from the Law Society. Elaine has been registered as a European trademark attorney since 2008. She has lectured on various topics of commercial law.
Elaine joined Reddy Charlton Mc Knight in 2004 and is part of the commercial law team. While Elaine advises in all aspect of commercial and business law she has a particular interest in commercial contracting and intellectual property.
