Eimear Branigan

Eimear joined the firm in 2005. She is an honours graduate of University College Dublin, where she obtained a Bachelor of Civil Law (European) Degree in 2003. She spent a year of her undergraduate programme in La Universidad de Salamanca, Spain. Eimear also holds a Diploma in Employment Law from the Law Society of Ireland and is a Registered Trade Mark Agent.
Eimear is a Solicitor in the firm’s Commercial Department. She has experience in a wide range of corporate and commercial transactions, including mergers and the complex area of acquisitions of undertakings.
Eimear is a specialist in employment law and advises clients on a wide range of employment law issues in contentious and non-contentious matters.
Eimear provides legal support to employers and HR managers on all aspects of employment law including contracts of employment, workplace investigations and HR policies and procedures. She regularly represents clients in employment law disputes.
Eimear is a contributor to the Irish Employment Law Journal and other professional and sectoral periodicals and has lectured on employment law matters.
