We have drafted and negotiated complex multi-sponsor arrangements for major national competitions for a leading national sports governing body.
We act for the largest sporting organisation in the country and have advised them in all aspect of their business. We have developed their sponsorship and merchandising models as well as ticketing agreements, preferred supplier agreements and hospitality arrangements. We have successfully negotiated arrangements for the use of Croke Park for other sporting and cultural activities.
We have advised on a wide range of sponsorship and event agreements, including multi-sponsor agreements akin to the Champions League in soccer. Reddy Charlton advised in all aspects of these deals as well as drafting and negotiating the contracts.
During the four years that Lansdowne Road stadium was being redeveloped, Croke Park hosted Ireland’s international soccer and rugby matches. Reddy Charlton advised the stadium in relation to agreements with IRFU and FAI for these events. The stadium also hosts a number of large concerts annually and was the venue for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Special Olympics in 2003. The firm advised the stadium in relation to the hosting of these events.
