Our Services

Private Client

Everyone needs top class legal advice in relation to their private life at some stage – buying or selling a house, making a will and an enduring power of attorney or planning the succession of a business or of family assets.

What we do

We advise our clients on key Private Client matters on a daily basis and our solicitors can provide expert advice on:-

  • Will drafting
  • Trust drafting
  • Estate planning advice
  • Estate administration
  • Enduring Powers of Attorney
  • Residential purchases and sales
  • Residential mortgages

What we have done for others

  • We have provided efficient and comprehensive estate planning advice on the disposal of assets in a tax efficient manner both pre-death and post-death and on potential taxation pitfalls.
  • We draft Wills and trusts in a manner which is tailored to meet our clients’ requirements, including trusts for the protection of minor children, disabled persons and persons with addiction problems.
  • We have drafted Enduring Powers of Attorney for our clients and advised on the role of attorneys and the implementation of the instrument in case where the donor loses mental capacity.
  • On a daily basis we advise legal personal representatives on the administration of estate both in testate and in intestate situations.

Our team is led by Tom Marren, Roisin Bennett, Brendan Sharkey and Peter Kearney.
