  • Advice on Landlord and Tenant renewal rights
  • Repudiation of leases/negotiation during examinership process
  • Interpretation of covenants/rent review clause in leases
  • Representing clients at rent review arbitrations


  • Recovery of rent
  • Termination of tenancies including the institution of ejectment proceedings
  • Renewal of tenancies and instituting court proceedings for a court ordered lease
