What we have done for others

We recently acted in the sale of one of the world’s largest manufactures of food processing machinery for in excess of €50 million to a Norwegian quoted company. This involved the negotiation and conclusion of complex agreements and the coordination of legal and taxation advisers in a number of jurisdictions;

We are currently acting in relation to a national restructure of community development companies.  We are acting in over 50 acquisitions of undertakings as a result.

We have acted for a national fuel distributor in relation to over a dozen acquisitions completed by a combination of share purchase and asset purchase.

We acted in the multi million-euro sale of a major Irish media technology company. The company was an unquoted plc with a large number of shareholders. We designed an innovative structure to deal with the transaction.

We have acted for a number of large groups of companies in relation to tax related restructures including one of the country’s largest haulage firms, a chain of car showrooms as well as a number of property redevelopment groups.
