What we have done for others

We act for Croke Park the third largest stadium in Europe. We have been responsible for drafting and negotiating all of their services contracts including security, catering, cleaning, facilities management and IT.

During the four years that Lansdowne Road stadium was being redeveloped, Croke Park hosted Irelands international soccer and rugby matches.  Reddy Charlton advised the stadium in relation to agreements with IRFU and FAI for these events.  The stadium also hosts a number of large concerts annually and was the venue for the opening and closing ceremonies of the Special Olympics in 2003.  The firm advised the stadium in relation to the hosting of these events.

We act for one of the world’s largest manufactures of food processing machinery.  We advise them in relation to their terms and conditions of sale, supply and manufacture.

We acted in the roll out of a nationwide franchise network of real estate agents;

We have drafted and negotiated complex multi-sponsor arrangements for major national competitions for a leading National sports Governing Body .

We act for Newbridge Silverware, one of the country’s largest giftware manufacturers, and have advised them in relation to agreements with their franchisees, distributors and sales agents.
