- Research Masters in Privacy Law from Trinity College Dublin
- Joined Reddy Charlton in 2007 and now heads up our litigation and dispute resolution team

Main areas of practice
- Partner in Reddy Charlton’s litigation department and his main practice areas are commercial litigation, property related disputes and insolvency
- Advises clients involved in banking and financial services litigation relating to regulatory issues, enforcement of security and debt recovery.
- Also specialises in the area of professional negligence and construction law. Peter has acted in a number of property arbitrations relating to compulsory acquisitions of commercial and residential property.
- Advises clients on Landlord and Tenant law, representing both commercial landlords and tenants. Peter also regularly acts for management companies, pension funds and asset managers
- Represents clients involved in the various forms of alternative dispute resolution and routinely handles cases before the High Court, Supreme Court and Court of Appeal
- Advises the Official Assignee in Bankruptcy and Insolvency Service of Ireland on the application of bankruptcy and personal insolvency legislation
