Commercial

  • For many years we have been providing services to both Landlords and Tenants in the drafting, negotiation and settling of leases of various types of properties.  We have developed our systems so that leases can be negotiated and concluded with speed.
  • Advice on Landlord and Tenant renewal rights
  • Repudiation of leases/negotiation during examinership process
  • Interpretation of covenants/rent review clause in leases
  • Representing clients at rent review arbitrations

Disputes

  • Recovery of rent
  • Termination of tenancies including the institution of ejectment proceedings
  • Renewal of tenancies and instituting court proceedings for a court ordered lease
