  • We have acted in numerous cases before the Commercial Court.
  • We have advised on Breach of Contract in both High Court and Circuit Court jurisdictions.
  • We have advised both Plaintiff and Defendant on professional indemnity claims.   
  • We have advised on a high profile adverse possession claim and currently act for a number of plaintiffs in property disputes.
  • We are currently acting for the plaintiff in a multi-million euro construction claim and have prosecuted numerous other construction disputes.  
  • We have advised on defamation publications and also prosecuted libel actions.
  • We acted for landlords in the enforcement of lease covenants.
  • We have represented a high profile client before the Moriarty, Planning and other investigative tribunals.
  • We have advised on the defence of claims of banking institutions.  
  • We are advising a group of business owners on a multi party litigation against international product supplier.
